Do Cupcakes need to be kept in the fridge to stay fresh?
No they don't need to be kept in the fridge, as long as they are a container that's kept in a cool dry place then they will be fine.
How long will the cupcakes last for?
Cupcakes are at their best within the first couple of days but I can guarantee they will still be just as moist for at least a week from date of collection/delivery.
What's the best container to store them in?
You can either leave them in the cupcake box they were originally given to you in or you can put them in a cake tin/plastic container, but remember to leave the lid slightly open to ensure the cupcakes don't sweat.
