Here is the small print for us, just a few things you need to know when you order cakes from Love Cupcakes
General Terms & Conditions
Minimum order size for cupcakes only
As we make our cakes to order then the minimum order size is 6 cupcakes of any one flavour.
Payment terms
For all orders we require a deposit upon ordering to secure your order and the remaining balance is due on collection or delivery.
If you change your mind about your order for any reason, as long as we haven't started making them, then call us and we'll be happy to change your order to suit your new request.
We want you to be happy, however if your original order involved us ordering very specific items, this cost would be charged to you.
Should you cancel your order, depending on time scale and order quantity, charges may apply. Please advise Love cupcakes immediately of your intentions.
Delivery & Collection
All our cakes and cupcakes can be collected directly from us or delivered to you or a requested address.
Ingredients
All our cakes contain gluten, eggs and dairy products, so are not suitable for those suffering from intolerance's or allergies.
Packaging
Our cakes are packaged safely in boxes specifically designed for the cakes. All cakes and cupcakes that leave me are in perfect condition and once you take your cakes from us, they are yours to look after.
Privacy
Privacy is very important to us, therefore we completely respect that it is also important to you also.
We promise to never share your details with anyone and we won't keep your details once the order is complete.

General Terms & Conditions
Ordering lead time
So you are not disappointed when ordering your cupcakes or cake(s), we'd like it if you can give us as much notice as possible, approximately 1-2 weeks notice will be good but of course if time isn't on your side and you haven't managed to order before the recommended time then we will do our best to carry out the order for you.
For orders of 24 cakes or more, a minimum of 7 days notice would be ideal so we can definitely guarantee no disappointment and you will definitely have your order booked with us. The more time we have, especially during the peak times, the less chance you have of being disappointed, so book your dates early.Minimum order size for cupcakes only

Payment is accepted via cheque as long as there is sufficient time for it to clear before your cakes are ready, bank transfer or cash.
Cancellations
If you change your mind about your order for any reason, as long as we haven't started making them, then call us and we'll be happy to change your order to suit your new request.

Delivery & Collection
All our cakes and cupcakes can be collected directly from us or delivered to you or a requested address.
We currently deliver to local areas with postcodes starting with B60 and B61. All other areas will be quoted at the time of booking. It is essential that when delivery is confirmed, someone is in to receive the cupcakes/cake.
Cakes don't like being left on the doorstep out in the cold or the sun for that matter. If for any reason you are not in, if we can re-deliver we will, however charges will apply. Otherwise, you will need to collect your cakes from us.

We aim to use only the best quality ingredients to guarantee that our cakes & cupcakes taste amazing!

Our cakes & cupcakes "may contain nuts" and are made in a kitchen where nuts are present and used.
